| Terms
are net 30 days to customer with a #1 or #2 rating with Jewelers Board
of Trade, or with satisfactory Borgzinner credit history. You may
send three trade references, plus bank for credit check which takes approximately
fourteen working days. Otherwise orders may be shipped C.O.D. We accept
American Express, Mastercard, Visa, prepayment and money order. Custom
ordes may require pre-payment. |

| PRICING |
| We have made every effort to insure the accuracy of our price list. However,
prices published are subject to change whithout notice. Ordering A minimum
order of $100.00 is required. Orders less than $100.00 are subject to
a $ 10.00 service charge. Orders should be placed via fax, mail or e-mail.
We do not assume responsibilty for orders incorrectly placed by telephone. |

| SHIPMENT |
| Products
are shipped F.O.B: our thctory via UPS ground service unless otherwise
specified. Returns All merchandise returns require a Return Authorization
Number and should be made within 10 days from date of receipt. A 25% restocking
charge will be applied if the product is returned for no fault of our;
and needs to be in a resalable condition. |
